This dual-drive hybrid makes it easy to manage any project. It has long-term, high-speed and energy-efficient operation.
As part of our Perfect Machine Process, every Standard hydraulic press brake is rigorously inspected in our Rockford, Illinois, facility so that it’s ready for seamless installation in your shop.
Finally, a heavy-duty press brake solution that is both easy to use and easy to love, it is now easier than ever to find.
Standard Industrial presses brakes can be used for any type of project, no matter how many die they are required.
Most press brakes work in the middle of the press. Standard Industrial press brakes can be used to apply substantial force at the ends of the brake when they are not designed for center loading.
The material library of your Delem DA 6060 controller contains only a small amount data. There is an easy way to add any materials to the database. All you need to add any material to the database is a material certification from your source. This cert lists the material's tensile strengths.
Flexible and reliable bending performances with the patented HEXA (r) frame – all this in a cost-efficient package
Standard Industrial Press Brakes are for all sizes of facilities, from small and budget-conscious businesses that do piecework up to large industrial companies that need reliable machines with easily available parts.
"The precision and repeatability of your work is outstanding. I was able to keep one job open for five days straight. The first part bent on the first day was the same as the last one on the fifth day. This and the quicker setup time result in greater profitability.
Bottom bending is when the punch curves the sheet of metal with a higher force than air bending. This reduces, or even eliminates, the spring back effect that is commonly associated with airbending. Cold forging is then performed at the bottom.
We also have a range of Press Brakes designed on the hydraulic control system. Its bending capacity is capable of handling thick work-pieces. As a result of its tonnage capacity, it works efficiently on any thick metal material. This range is built in either Single Cylinder or Dual Cylinder Y1+Y2 formats and requires no complex operation to function. Materials that can be processed on our Press Brakes include steel, brass, metal sheets, and aluminum alloys.
Air bending allows sheet metal to bend by using the edges of the V and the end of the punch. This type of bending creates a spring back effect on the work piece. The bending force of the sheet is less so the metal sheet will spring backwards when the punch is removed.
Our BH series has the right product for you, whatever your bending needs. Power, precision, profit, and profit are all within reach.
Warning: incorrect tonnage (too high or low) can damage your press brake or the part you are bending. To calculate the tonnage of your press brake, refer to the operating manual or a tonnage table.
Five Types of Hydraulic Presses: Why You Need Them
You're putting unnecessary strain on your clutch by leaving your car in gear at red lights. It is better to place your car in neutral, and then apply the handbrake to keep the vehicle stationary. The clutch will not be damaged if you keep your car in neutral.
Hydraulic brakes are more efficient than mechanical disc brakes. This means that you will need to apply less pressure to the lever for equal braking power. This allows for better modulation.
The press brake is, in reality, one of the most difficult machines to master in the trade. Every sheet metal operation needs to bend.
